Liza Bagley

Liza is an Associate Attorney who joined Warrick de Wet Attorneys in 2017. She was admitted as an Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public in February 2008. She practises in the field of family law, conveyancing, general commercial and civil litigation and notarial work including antenuptial contracts.

Liza matriculated from Durban Girls’ High School in 2001 and obtained her LLB from the University of KwaZulu Natal, Durban in 2005. She served her articles and practiced post admission for 10 years at a leading firm in Pietermaritzburg before moving back to Durban and joining Warrick de Wet Attorneys.

Liza has various certificates in Family Law, Consumer Law, the National Credit Act and Mediation and has obtained an Advanced Certificate in Insolvency Law and Litigation from the University of Pretoria.

Liza believes in a client-centric and problem-solving approach to law. Her varied experience in commercial, banking, property and family law provides her clients with a holistic approach and broad expertise in solving their problem. Liza has a penchant for appearing in court and enjoys the new challenges that each matter brings to the table.
