Warrick de Wet (Director)
Warrick de Wet matriculated from Milnerton High School, Cape Town in 1987. He studied part-time through UNISA. Thereafter he enrolled at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban and obtained a BProc degree in 1994 and an LLB in 1995. Warrick was admitted as an attorney in 1997.
For the first 13 years of his career Warrick practised as an in-house counsel, running litigation matters and appearing in the Magistrates’ Court and High Court. From 2008 Warrick began to focus increasingly on commercial drafting and now specialises in the field of commercial transactions.
He serves as a client-appointed advisor, trustee, board member and proxy in a number of private-equity enterprises, and has been a panel member of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa since 2010.

Conor Redman (Director)
Conor Redman matriculated from Westville Boys High School in 2009. He obtained a Bachelor of Social Science degree from Rhodes University in 2014 and his LLB in 2017. Conor was admitted as an Attorney in 2020 and as a Conveyancer in 2021.
Conor’s area of focus is property related transactions and disputes, and conveyancing. He has vast exposure to sectional title matters, commercial work relating to the sale and letting of property and property related transactions, disputes and litigation.
Conor has also proved himself capable in general litigation and labour law matters.
Shelby McDonald (Associate)
Shelby McDonald matriculated from Curro Heritage House in 2017. She obtained an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, in 2022.
Shelby practices as an Associate in the field of commercial transactions.

Savanee Moodley (Junior Attorney)
Savanee Moodley matriculated from Greenbury Secondary in 2016 She obtained an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, in 2020.
Savanee practices as an Attorney in the areas of the administration of commercial transactions, trust registrations, wills, the administration of deceased estates and correspondent litigation.

Santana Maistry (Consultant)
Santana matriculated from Westville Girls High School in 2016. She obtained an LLB from the University of Cape Town in 2021 and went on to serve her articles at an established Durban law firm where she specialised in litigation.
Santana was admitted as an Attorney in October 2024.
Santana practices as a Consultant to the Firm, specialising in correspondent litigation, commercial litigation, general litigation and debt collection.

Catherine Schmuhl (Bookkeeper)
Catherine Schmuhl is a Senior Paralegal and the Administrative Manager of the firm. Catherine matriculated from Grosvenor Girls High School in 1999.
Catherine obtained her diploma as a Senior Paralegal in 2013 with 6 distinctions and has studied Business Management through UNISA.
